I went to my first physio. very eye opening as far as how much needs to be done but also how much can be done in even one visit.
with the massage manipulations and the core exercise I was able to walk out of there standing straight for the first time in months.
I cried my poor therapist was so sweet he asked if I needed a hug and was so encouraging.

I'm really tired now but my brain is finally resting. maybe it's OK to put trust into some other people's hands.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
