This most recent weight loss journey I've been keeping a sharp eyes on my marcos. I've counted calories before and eaten low carb, I've never really looked at the the % breakdown of my macros. I've found it challenging to eat enough calories and get the %s "right"

Some meals are boring but I have been able to incorporate some fun meals (ex. ham, egg, and cheese sandwich thins.

Joined 30 day Xtend Barre Challenge and got an accountability partner. Today is day 1. Here we go....
80.0 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
