I’m throwing in the towel. It’s been three (?) months and I’ve only lost 10 lbs.

I usually think the other way around.. If I had not been watching what I eat and exercised I probably would have put on at least 20 lbs so it is a 30 lbs net loss.....

The protein you're eating is all processed lunch meats which is loaded with sodium. You're probably retaining a lot more water than you realize. Try cooking up some chicken or a steak

00Marx00 - it’s rare I buy or eat the processed lunch meat. I’ve been cooking fresh chicken breasts and hamburger. This is actually the first time since being on keto that I haven’t used fresh meat. You can see on my diet, going back. I’ve done pretty much EVERYTHING right. I lost five lbs on the egg fast last week but the five lbs shot right back up. I’m going to spend a couple weeks paying attention only to calories. And keep on walking.
