My weight went up today, and for a change, I was glad. I was getting worried about losing rapidly and I don't know if it was true or psychological, I was feeling weak and tired. Did not stop me from going out to walk and get my exercise in, though.

Today, with the weight up, I am already feeling all active and interested in everything. Ha! and I was thinking of changing my WOE yesterday!
Yes, apart from the fact that day to day weights can be affected by water retention, electrolyte intake ( which can cause water retention), BMs etc, the scales all have a range of measurement error. My scale says that the margin of error for my weight range is as much as +/-0.66 lbs. So, my weight measured today at 130.8, can actually be anywhere from 130.15 to 131.45 lbs. Have to remind myself of this before getting all worked up.
59.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
