Diet Break Day #14!

AM weigh in. 6.5 hrs sleep.

Last day for the diet break. Did days OT last 2 days. Back to nights tomorrow. For sure I'm gonna spike this cause I'm already over 3300 cal average and going to have a good day before I drop it like it's hot 🔥! Caseys breakfast pizza and a couple donuts to start it off.
128.5 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
