Another extra 0.2 lb. I seem to have had a case of the munchies this past week. Guess I'll try to make up for it by having more self-control - ha ha!
Not a great day weather-wise, even though the forecast was supposed to be mostly sunny. I am supposed to go visit family, so I hope the clouds (and the snow!) subside.
I also had a good week at work. Sometimes I think I won't be able to move up the ladder when I feel ready for it, because I feel that I don't have the personality (more of a follower than a leader, stereotypically introverted, not assertive at all) to do so. I also feel that I have more seniority than breadth of experience at my level. I always loved to learn more things and still do, but the other people around me (especially the less experienced) seem to be faster learners than I am. I also lack confidence, an ongoing problem for me. I should not complain because for the first time in my life, I have had a good job for the last few years. I think that I am more frustrated with myself lately. And I am a late-bloomer career-wise compared to most people.
