Diet Break Day #11

PM weigh in. 9 hrs sleep. Fasted about 13 hrs for yearly labs but waiting until the weekend instead. Lots of water 💦 tonight to flush these couple pounds hopefully. Gym this am, went heavy despite not going for about 9 days.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
