So last week I tried that cleanse/detox... I didn’t lose any weight on it. But I did notice my stomach was flatter and some of my older jeans fit again!!! So that’s a plus. I think even though the products were keto friendly I didn’t adjust my other good intake properly. Ate my usual keto way plus those drinks... so maybe I was over or didn’t calculate right. Whatever I didn’t gain so that’s another plus.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s awesome. I do sole on an empty stomach every morning. It has made my skin so nice and helps keep me from getting sick as often. I drink A LOT of tea. And I make sure I eat prebiotics everyday. I have IBD and a slew of other issues. So I do a lot of turmeric, black pepper and ginger in water too. Helps soothe an irritated gut! I have gone from 178 to 144. But still have a long ways to go to where I want to be. I care most about replacing this fat with muscle mass and being healthier and more active than losing weight. But weight seems to be the best indicator that I’m doing it right!
