Monday March 25 Day one again

4 ozs Simply Orange juice

2 cups h/made Turkey broth
2 oven baked sausages
1 fried egg in butter,
1 h/made Keto bun & butter
Strawberries & whipped cream
During the day I only drink water or Crystal Light iced tea

Tuesday Day 2

4 ozs Orange Juice

Banana
2 oven baked sausages
1 hard boiled egg

1/2 Vegetarian pizza made with Cauliflower crust (from Costco)
1/2 jar of drained peaches in pear juice
whipped cream
1 Lindt dark chocolate ball

Wednesday Day 3

4 ozs orange juice

Banana
Meat sauce made with gr beef, chopped canned tomatoes with vegetables, h/made tomato soup
Made reg spaghetti pasta & mixed it with spiral zucchini & butternut squash
3/4 keto bun with butter & garlic seasoning, done in the oven
1 sq Dark chocolate

1 c cooked oatmeal & 3/4c 1% milk
