So far my experiment in not tracking calories is working. I’m paying attention to my body and losing weight much more slowly. Which is exactly how I’ll have to live once I’ve lost all the weight so that’s encouraging. Though it’s sad not to see the daily big jumps I’ll just keep telling myself how much better it is this way until I finally can reconcile what I know with what I feel.
133.4 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
