Ate too late & too much last night, over 1K Calories for dinner 🥘. Time to watch my portions.


We did a HIIT Program this morning, so hopefully will burn the excess calories from yesterday!!

We all called this Program the “OMG” as it was hard completing each Routine within the EMOM.. I will post the Routines after this.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
