Slow going. Can be a bit demoralizing especially since I started walking and being more active in general. Have to look at the glass half full. Any loss is better than a gain.
73.6 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
