I feel like the 16:8 is getting rid of a lot of my water weight and bloating but I’m nervous about whether this diet will be sustainable... Here it’s goes!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been fasting since about August 2018 and I have no plans to go back to the way I was eating. I love this way of life. My longest fast is 72 hours and I am working toward a 5 day fast. If I decide to "treat" myself, I just start fasting right after that meal and give my body time to digest and get rid of excess carbs and salt. Good luck to you! I hope you find it as rewarding as I have.
