Lisa! Hi, I'm finally back. Been away as you know, computer totally died. Missed everyone a lot. Whew, reading a lot tonight to catch up on journals. Loved that saying from Spark People. I will try to view that documentary also. Looks like you're cracking the whip these days. Doing good Lisa, real good. Oh....I found Fried Green Tomatoes and am going to watch it again. It's been a long time since I last saw it. Found it for $5.99 and grabbed it. Your last couple of journals are really inspiring. I weighed in good on Saturday and am hoping for another decent one on Wednesday. That's what I have decided to do, weigh 2X a week. That gives me time to eat, poop and show a loss ~ hahahahahaha.
