another plateau day oh well a day of rest is ok too.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Groatmeal I find on plateau days my body is just gearing up for another big drop. It seems like I plateau then lose 2 lbs in a day then plateau and gain .5 lol.
