I got sick unfortunately. I fought through work yesterday but had to take today off. This is obviously affecting my exercise, but I’m still keeping careful watch over what I eat and how much. Today’s goals: hydrate!, rest, watch what I eat. I’m down 4.6# this first week. 14 more weeks to go!
100.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
