This week was a bit of a stumper. Thursday the scale hopped up about 4 pounds - the day after I weighed in officially. Seriously!? I didn't think too much of it, as it usually goes up a couple, then back down by Monday. But this was harsh! I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary, although I've had a bit less sleep due to a crazy schedule. I also didn't IF a full 18 hours every workday...more like 17 one day, 16.5 the next, 17.5 the day after that.

At least I'm still showing down. I'll take it.

Keep calm and Keto on.
109.9 kg Lost so far: 25.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

liv001, funnily enough, I'm not. My hubby and I are doing this together, and it just seems pretty logical to follow. I do have my struggles (this weekend at a ladies' retreat was crazy), but I have resisted thus far. What scares me is if I have a "treat day", how long will it take to start losing again. So I just stick to my treat popcorn once a month and that's it. I hope you're doing well.
