My scale is probably telling another nice lie, but I'll take it! The EatSmart digital scale should arrive next week. Hope it will be honest with me.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
