It's amazing to see such great results after a week of HARD WORK & EFFORT!! Even sex was better. i dont feel much change in my clothes, maybe that will change now after joining Snap Fitness.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
