PM weigh in. 16 hrs fasted. 7.5 hrs sleep. Made some bone broth yesterday to have during these 5/2 days. Turned out delicious.
128.3 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
