Did not lose any weight this week, but did not get any either. Did not track for 2 days as i went to a party for Haloween, and though i did not eat too much, i decided not bother entering the food and drinks as it would be guessing at best. Next day and yesterday did not feel well at all, not sure if i got some bug or just a reaction to the food and margarita mix - have a headache, low grade joint pain and indigestion. With joint pain it is obviously some kind of inflammation. Oh well.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there! Not gaining weight on a week when you're feeling sick is an accomplishment in itself.
