Already announced the surgery but I just wanted to add. Yesterday I went through all my spreadsheets and adjusted my goals to be more in line with what I had been told. So now that I changed everything of course they called and scheduled me for right away. BWAHAHAHAHAHA that'll teach me!
129.2 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
