Woke up at 4am again this morning. So I did 80 double crunches, 80 (or40 L & R) Russian twists, 50 crunches, and a 30 second plank. Also a bit of yoga 👍
70.6 kg Lost so far: 24.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I looked up "Russian Twist" online and found an article entitled, "Why you should never do Russian Twists" (https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a19537897/russian-twist/) that gives a complete description and alternatives. They say it "strains the lumbar spine." Good enough for me! I have enough trouble with my lumbar spine without engaging in Soviet-style torture! But, anyways... YES, WHO ARE YOU NOW? Getting up before dawn to do crunches? My goodness, woman! But, hey, take advantage of those moments!!

Lol! That’s probably why my back hurts! 🤦‍♀️ I keep waking up at 4 and I was just laying there and remembered GOrtegom’s, Keilin, and Sharon’s posts and thought “what the hell!” I’m not falling back to sleep 🤷‍♀️
