I didn't record my last weight in but I clocked in at 228.6 on Feb 28th. I was embarrassed and upset I let myself gain. after some mental rewiring, determination, confidence and gaining self love and inspiration from some of you guys here I'm back and ready to change my lifestyle and love me because my body and I deserve the best! LETS GET IT!! 😛😛
98.2 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We gotta be kind to ourselves. Maybe you did let yourself go for a little bit, but what’s important is that you noticed and you’re working on getting back on track. Make sure there’s no underlying medical cause for any weight gain. Just to be on the safe side!

The ups are a normal part of the process. They don't STOP the progress, they just delay it, so even though I weigh myself every morning (it's just data), I only record the weight here when I am at a new low since the downward trend is the only thing I'm concerned with.
