Keto and IF lifestyle continues to impress me. It's crazy to think that for the past 5 months I have been steadily losing. Imagine what the next 5 months will look like.
This week my hubby and I found keto buns and we could finally enjoy tuna sandwiches again. We also found keto donuts that tastes just like cake donuts.
I'm still struggling with tummy cramping; last night was a doozy. Thinking on it now, I think I really need to ensure I have enough magnesium. I find when I get complacent, I end up getting "backed up" which explains the cramping.
Other than the issue above, Keto and IF have been fantastic. No complaints here.
