I hate my Healthometer dial scale. It has to be lying!!! I guess this is where the weight loss plateau kicks in. I am bummed.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep pluggin Coco! I found this site while already on a diet and I had been on a plateau, bobbing up and down at the 220 mark, It will pass! keep on watching the kcals and excersizing. it will kick in! Be relentless!
