Was at a Turkey supper last night & I had the works with pumpkin pie & whipped cream. And then when I came home, I ate 2 more pieces of pie (that I had gone & bought on the way home) with whipped cream, followed by 3 chocolate bars
I went to bed at 1.20am & was still awake at 5.30am. I'm sure because of all the bingeing of sugar.
I have been reading up on Food Combining & I am going to try that as a diet, using the website the Science of Eating. It has a lot of informmation & good advice.
Today I had 1/3c orange juice with my meds at 10am.
At noon, I had a bowl of mixed honeydew & canteloupe melon
At 2 pm I had a bowl of mixed pink grapefruit slices, strawberries, raspberries & orange slices.
For supper, I made meatloaf with mushroom soup gravy, sm boiled (microwave) new potatoes, baby carrots & (boiled)cauliflower.
I had 6 potatoes & cauliflower & carrots with a tbsp marg. Then I went to the hospital for Hydrotherapy exercises. I walked 3 blocks to & from my car.
I came home at 7.30pm & ate a banana.
At 9.30pm I ate 2 toasted bagels (one with flaxseed, one multigrain) with margarine & cucumber slices.
