PM weigh in. 10hrs fasted. 4.5hrs sleep. Fasting as long as I can today on low sleep to keep calories as low as possible. Then a break the rest of the week until I probably do 2 more 24hr fasts plus maybe one 16/8 next week....so I guess I'm giving 5/2 a try for a couple weeks 🙄🤯
127.8 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
