I slept 7 hours last night. I still woke up twice but I was tired I guess.

I don't think I did something new, the thing is: I am awake 3-4 nights a week, for no reason, it does not matter if I ate too little or too much. The new is that I am exercising and doing my chores at midnight if I can not sleep, and I am loving it. Later during the day I can take a little nap if I want too or if I can. Haha
