Healthy Appetite yesterday.....gained a pound, oh well 😔 back to the Grind!!


Matched yesterday Calorie Burn at the Gym....725. Concentrated on Chest & Deadlift Exercises & finishing with Assault Bike.

Hopefully will burn more this evening.
