Didn’t drink much yesterday so I expected to retain water again today. Guess 3 cups of coffee, 24ish ounces of tea and a beer was enough 🤷‍♀️. Oh and half a bottle or more taking morning pills. Didn’t take evening ones so I’ll feel it in a few days. No dinner cause my oldest decided to ignore me and ate not only almost al of my leftover Stromboli and soup yesterday but also helped the middle eat ALL the chips I make nachos with so I didn’t have any leftovers that I could log except chicken. I’m sick of chicken breasts. Unappetizing by itself too. Then hubby couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to finish up and had everyone eating without me. Hence the one beer we had left. My meds and alcohol don’t mix. That one beer did nothing until an hour or so later then felt like I’d had 3-4. That’s a lot for someone that’s 5’3”, 120# and not used to drinking more than maybe a twelve pack spread out over the whole year. Still feeling it now about 8 hours later. Also can’t really see this morning? Everything’s blurry with and without my glasses like when I first got my glasses. 🤷‍♀️Whatever. So much on my mind and feel like saying exactly none of it.

A question for the ladies... feel free (plz) to msg me your answer. How do you feel or sea with it when your husbands previous lovers come up in conversation? As in intimate info?
