I snacked a lot yesterday, Keto snacks, but still more than usual. (Just got my shipment of items) also had 2 sandwiches with Keto bread. It was worth IT! 😂😂😂
121.7 kg Lost so far: 44.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
