Friday Oct 26. Stopped taking Toprimax on Tues night as I was still bingeing as usual in the evening. I am still not hungry during the day because I binge so much in the evening. I'm staying up late because I'm not tired & then tired & sleepy all day.
My pain level is the best it has been this year!! I am up to 0.15mg Synthroid. I will have blood work done again at the beginning of December.
I am going to try food combining & if I can get that straight may try Laser Therapy for food addiction.
