So... how long do you stay in the vicinity of the same weight before you officially call it a "stall" and start taking other measures? I can't decide if I'm stalled or just trickling downward because I'm close to my goal. Even though I track my weight here every week or two, I am a daily-weigher and I track numbers like a statistician. I have only lost 5.2 lbs since the first of the year and even then, things were moving very slowly. I attributed that to the holidays and that may well have been the cause at that time. However, today I weigh exactly the same as I did last Monday, and the Monday before. Granted, in the meantime, between Mondays, I've seen a plethora of other numbers (up and down as much as 2 lbs), but I seem to be unable to "bounce" below 154.

Anyway, enough groaning. Not a good day for a fast day (stuck inside, working from home on a snowy day) so I'll be eating normal Keto today and maybe fasting later in the week to see if I can break thru this sticking point. Happy Monday!

Yeah you are close. It probably explains it. Time to think and adjust diet and lifestyle for how you want to maintain it.

I have heard 6 months for a true stall. Check for carb creep and it that's not an issue, Keto on! If it is supposed to come off it will, eventually. I am MUCH farther away from my goal weight than you and I know if I do too many keto treats, my progress will slow way down. You are so close, I would guess it will just take some patience.
