Began Week 4 of the 100-Mile challenge. Walked 4.3 miles yesterday, bringing my challenge total to 80 miles even. Today, I'll complete 4.2 miles, bringing the Week 4 total to 8.5 miles and the challenge total to 84.2 miles.

Gorgeous day....sunny, warm, but a bit more humid, courtesy of the distant winds of Hurricane Sandy. Yes, everyone who knows me is having fun with that. LOL!

I am now back in possession of my beautifully repaired wedding ring. The jeweler did an OUTSTANDING job....looks like the same bright ring that it was when I got engaged and married. I feel like a newly-engaged person....I keep looking at the ring throughout the day! It's been at least 5 years since it's been on my finger, so it takes some getting used to again.

Lots of household chores to be done today because I spent a LOT of yesterday across town running lots and lots of errands. Tomorrow, I'm a volunteer at our church's fall/holiday fair. I didn't think they would use me, as I hadn't heard from anyone. They had asked for volunteers weeks ago when I signed up. But last night, they called (talk about short notice!). Most of tomorrow I'll be over there, part of the time shopping myself and part of the time working as a volunteer.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am sure you must be thrilled about your ring! A nice reward for all your hard work. I've been thinking about you a lot the last few days (will try to hold back on the Hurricane Sandy jokes). But seriously, was wondering if the weather would prevent you from completing your challenge outdoors.

OOOOH I am so happy for you getting your ring back...now you won't feel so naked with out it..I could say alot about the hurricane Sandy..but I will be nice...after all its not your fault she is storming most of the east coast..we may get some snow from it..Have fun holidy fair...and have a great weekend...:O)
