After my all out binge last night, this is a good gain. Started my cycle yesterday so that also explains the dizziness I’ve been feeling (crankiness and food cravings as well 😅😪)
69.8 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
