My husband and I just returned from a three-week beach holiday to Roatan and although we walked and snorkelled every day, I put on a few pounds. So, it's back on track with outdoor daily walking, small weight -lifting, stair climbing and enjoying healthy meals. Dinner tonight will be--trout, quinoa, veggies and homemade fruit salad.
