Extremely disappointed. But I'm not giving up, this happens to me all the time and I give up at this point. But not this time. I know its my body kicking into survival mode. Just gonna keep pushing through.

That is the perfect attitude. I've always given up at the first signs of a plataeu, and like you I said not this time, that was 7mnths and 60 lbs ago. You've got this and we are all here to help.

Oh no Sandy. Maybe just some hormonal waterweight thing. You are close to goal and thins will go slower. The trend will be down!!!! (If you are doing keto maybe swap out that creamer)
