My husband and I went to breakfast this morning, which is the first time since being on this meal plan. We both did very well staying on plan. I was so very proud of him not falling into his old eating patterns. I is really invested in his weightloss and doing an excellent job which is keeping me on point.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
