Hi there... nope. I'm not really doing any particular diet plan. Just trying to limit my "white carbs" a bit and cut back on the nightly glass/glasses for wine. Hoping that small tweaks, lots of water and a re-turned dedication to my workouts will get me aimed in the right direction. Feeling bad in your own skin is miserable. I'm ready to feel good again ;) You?

I do keto. But I like your plan. I think small tweaks can work well as they may be easier to make into a life style.

I'm hopeful. I actually didn't know much about Keto so did some reading on it yesterday.... It is always good to learn about other ideas and pull pieces of those to utilize. Here's to our success REGARDLESS of the name of our plan :) Have a good day!
