So I wasn’t going to log my weight until tomorrow since I know I didn’t gain 2 pounds of fat in 1 day but I need to keep record of what happens when I eat 3 pieces of cake and a half a bag of baked Cheetos 😔 I will regain control today. I already worked out for the day too so 👍 doing good 💪

no you can't gain 2 pounds of fat or muscle that quickly. just like fast loss that is water. Carbs hold on to water and those were very Carby foods. Although if you are doing any type of resistance training follow a carb load with some work. it will help with muscle growth and you will feel stronger because of it. Good time to work on some muscle gains!

Good job! - - My logging has helped me see that while I was able to lose weight, 'during' the weekends, on higher carbs, I ALWAYS had a huge jump two days later, and that extra weight stayed for 2-3 days. My conclusion was that I was not 'burning fat', just the 'water weight' associated with glycogen storage. Looking at my numbers over the past 9 months, I see the times where I truly lost, say 5 pounds, that never-came-back, were times where I went *many days* 'fat burning'. My logging shows what I was eating during those times. Everyone's body will react in different ways, so what *I* ate probably would not apply to you, but, I made my decision based on looking at *what-happened-to-me*. - - I actually spent nearly a half an hour running *your numbers* (WTF happened in December? 😫😒) and I detect 'combinations' that *definitely* work for you. I know you're concentrated on 'new eating patterns' so you're putting that 'aside for now', but, you definitely have your *sure thing* when you decide to use it haha! - - Good Luck!

Keto with fasting is fantastic for weight loss but I love change! I don’t like doing the same thing for too long even if it is working perfectly 😅

Oh I just realized I did not log any food the entire month of December. I gained about 15 pounds in 1 month though. Mostly from pizza, Chinese food, and Oreos.
