Zumba day....my weight 2 weeks ago was 312 but I was in denial and refused to record it. I had been working out 6-7 days a week and did not want to see increase. So I have dropped 5 of those pounds and I will continue to push for small goals.
139.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 48.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
