AM weigh in. 9 hrs sleep. Up day yesterday about 4400k cal (extra sodium also). Ending week with fasting on Sunday so almost no calories to balance out the week.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
