We went out for Chinese Food last Thursday evening for Valentine's Day & I would have been fine if that is all I would have done, but instead it's been a whole week of eating WRONG!!! My knee surgery is in two weeks & I was hoping to be at 230 lbs by then.
Today I must get back on the wagon & back on track. Fingers crossed!!
