I have to laugh at myself. No wonder I'm not getting anywhere. One day I'm trying keto, the next is calorie counting, the next is Atkins. At least I've been consistent for two weeks now with exercising at least 3 times a week. I'm also trying to get at least 8000 steps on my fitbit. That's a hard one, even with the exercise, since its a 20 minute workout dvd.

I've been using the Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred workouts. I've tried to increase the amount of reps while keeping my core tight this week as well as do the advanced version instead of the modified version. I'm guessing I need to increase my exercise amount or time but at least I'm doing something, small steps. Small steps.
