Down a pound. 203.2 on a Friday.

Took a rather short bike ride today to brush off some rust. The legs are fine, breathing and getting into it was tough.

Still pretty sick with a head and chest cold. So I took it easy on myself.

Making cookies with the daughter soon, and Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes! The comfort food will be good today. Hopefully I can get better and ride more!

Pops is getting the scope test on his heart today. To see if he needs a bypass or stints. That is still stressin me, along with work.
