Back and forth. Back and forth. I’m good with it though but do thinks it’s funny that my body wants to hold onto 119-120. I had a stretch where I stayed 107, 115 and 118 (among with heavier weights), but not 119-120. Eating when I want and what I want mostly so the maintenance is going well. I’m happy with this weight but want to do some recomp eventually.
54.0 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
