I've been reading about collagen and will start adding bone broth in my diet. I am going to make my own.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I use collagen. I think it is hard to make it oneself if I understand it correctly. You may have to buy it. But homemade bone broth rocks. I do like to make that and use that as well.

I have been reading up on bone broth and the past two days I’ve felt so much better adding it to my diet. The research is wonderful on it
