I had written a nice long journal.. and boom gone so just let it say I have kept to my atkins faithffully.. and it is finally paying off.
I stay so busy and I have the energy now to get most all of it done.. went I get to my goal wt I may set another one.. just keep keeping on..It does work..and my blood work has been great... That is the best part...

73.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
