I am going to try to keep a positive attitude about this mornings journal just disapearing when i hit save.I actually used capital letters a "you" instead of "u".It takes me forever because i am a one finger typer.I have other fingures just dont have a clue how to use them on a keyboard.

Anyway.I am very excited about only being one pound away from weighing closer to 160 than 170.when i joined FS i think 2 years ago at 210 i couldnt imagine seeing 150 on that scarey scale.Now it wouldnt be unrealistic to BELIEVE i will be 160 by my doc appoint in november.Let alone for my 51st birthday Nov. 9th.

After a month i finally have my stolen van back.I had a long explaination of the recovery but i just dont have it in me to type all that again.

I am very motivated to get to my goal weight right now.Probably more than I have been.I pray i do not back slide.Have a FANTASTIC FS wednesday!!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is 44 pounds so far! And only 6 more to go until your doctor's appointment. I am so happy that you got re-motivated - I find that motivation is catchy. BTW - what day in November is your doctor's appointment. Let's lose that 6 pounds together!

it is november 13th.i challenge you to lose 6 pounds with me in about 4 weeks.now you know what we have to do?I must eat low-carb,exercise everyday,drink lots of water and find support from our buddies here.Deal?

I am motivated too, and together we WILL get there, and we will NOT backslide!!! Understand? We will NOT!!!! :) I did the exact same thing this morning......I had a very long journal entry that I'd typed and I must have hit the wrong key because "poof!" it just disappeared! GRRRR!!!! I was so tempted to just make a short quick journal entry but I pretty much retyped the whole thing. I hate when that happens! Let's just focus on the couple pounds we need to lose to be under 165 and then we'll set our next mini goal! Let's DO IT!!!

Yea for you!! I love reading about your motivation. I am in real need of some. I hate it when my journal disappears like that. I always write mine in word and then cut and paste it because I never write the same thing the second time. Keep up the great work and hopefully I will be on the band wagon with you soon.

Hey lady!!! I pulled ahead of you this morning, I'm at 165.2!!! Kick it up a notch so we can BOTH be UNDER 165 this week!!! I know we can do it! I think the extra exercise I've been fitting in here and there this week really helped me. :) HOORAY FOR US!!!
